About the Presentation:

Tapping into the People Side of Change

How often have you perfectly managed a project only to have it result in a low adoption of the change it was supposed to deliver?  Do you give as much attention to the people as you do to the process?  Businesses have conquered the technical side of change but often fail to address the people side.  By focusing more on the people, you can optimize change adoption and increase your project ROI. In this presentation, I will review a framework for change management, identify the key concepts, dig into the details of a successful case study and share lessons learned.

Mentoring Assistance

With Colleges and Universities now in session it is time for us to again look at developing a team of mentors to help the future generations of supply chain professionals. We are looking for members who desire to influence students by building a mentor-mentee relationship that will aid in the development of the students understanding of supply chain functions along with personal development in the job hunting and application phase of their young career.

We are looking for members in the Fox Valley and Northeastern Wisconsin area this year. UW Oshkosh and UW Green Bay may have students interested in the mentoring program. Please consider the opportunity.

PDM Presentations

We are always looking for people interested in presenting to our chapter members. Topics are not limited to specific APICS body of knowledge items but can include the soft skills or leadership skills necessary to supervise, manage, and lead an organization. If you or someone you know would be interested in presenting at a chapter PDM please let a member of the board of directors know. We truly appreciate having our members present, it shows how professional development has supported you throughout your career.
