What will attendees learn???

In many manufacturing environments, a single unique product may be procured over and over again. An Engineer-To-Order (ETO) environment is very different. Very few products get purchased under the exact same specifications ever again. This type of environment requires a strong procurement and supply chain strategy heavily reliant on strong partnerships with many internal and external stakeholders.

In this presentation, Marian will discuss the critical elements needed for success in ETO environments, how to avoid common pitfalls, and how data can help transitioning from reactive (“we need it right now”) to proactive procurement and supply chain processes.
