Struggling with:        1) Poor customer service?

                                2) High inventory levels?

                                3) Poor production throughput?  …then you need to explore DDRMP.

Demand Driven Materials Requirements Planning (DDMRP) is a leading edge philosophy that senses changing customer demand and adapting planning and production while pulling from suppliers all in real time.  It is based off of traditional MRP, Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constrains knowledge, but adds in the emerging new science of Complex Adaptive Systems [CAS] to make the most robust world class supply chains possible.  If your organization is struggling with poor customer service, high inventory levels, or poor production throughput, the DDMRP planning and execution method will help.

Achieving DDPP Certification

The Demand Driven Planner (DDP)™ class is the official education for the Demand Driven Planner Professional (DDPP)™ certification.  The Demand Driven Planner Professional (DDPP)™ is a professional endorsement certification offered by the Demand Driven Institute in conjunction with Association of Supply Chain Management (ASCM).  The DDPP™ is earned by an individual who can apply the demand driven concepts, analyze an environment, and evaluate an environment using the Demand Driven Material Requirements Planning (DDMRP) methodology.  Students will be required to take a proctored exam to earn their DDPP certification.  It is not a requirement of this to continue to take the exam to earn the certification

Meet your instructor Gaylen Haas

Haas has been working in the Supply Chain department at Fox Valley Technical College for seven years.  His role consists of teaching APICS courses online and at company locations, teaching the Supply Chain associate degree program clases, and helping local companies with supply chain consulting services.

Haas has over 25 years of Supply Chain and Materials Management experience. He has held titles of Group Director of Materials and Planning, Director of Supply Chain, Materials Manager, Operations Manager, Supervisor of Central Production Control, Master Planner, and Shop Floor Controller. Haas has spent many of these years of experience in the automotive, building products, and medical industries.

Haas earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management from DeVry Institute of Technology and his Masters of Business Administration degree from Keller Graduate School of Management both with minors in finance. Throughout his years in business, he has also earned many business and supply chain professional credentials.

Haas recently earned three new certifications through ASCM [Association of Supply Chain Management].  Those certifications are DDFP [Demand Driven Fundamentals Professional], DDPP [Demand Driven Planner Professional], and DDLP [Demand Driven Leader Professional.  Haas is only 1 of 10 instructors in North America certified to teach DDMRP.
