This presentation will focus on Johnsonville’s experience implementing and executing an IBP process. Along with a process overview, Mike will talk about the learnings Johnsonville has experienced in the 2 years since launching its IBP process.

Meet your speaker Mike Anhalt

Michael Anhalt Bio

Mike Anhalt is currently the Director of Integrated Business Planning at Johnsonville responsible for the process design, change management, and continuous improvement of Johnsonville’s IBP process.  In his tenure at Johnsonville Mike has held a variety of roles covering Corporate Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, Trade Promotion Management, and Operations. 

Outside of his professional interests, Mike is an avid volunteer with his two children’s youth sports; currently coaching Soccer, Baseball, and Hockey in Sheboygan.
